WFATE Journal Overview

The Journal of the World Federation of Associations of Teacher Education is an international journal concerned primarily with teachers, schools, and teacher education at all levels with an international perspective or in an international context.

The Journal of the World Federation of Associations of Teacher Education is a multidisciplinary journal, committed to no single approach, discipline, methodology, or paradigm. It is concerned with teachers, schools, and teacher education at all levels in general and for all concerned with teaching.

The Journal of the World Federation of Associations of Teacher Education recognizes that many disciplines have important contributions to make to the discussion of teachers, schools, and teacher education at all levels and the Association invites contributions from them. In the absence of any dominant paradigm, the journal welcomes varied approaches to empirical research, theoretical and conceptual analyses, and reviews (both qualitative and quantitative syntheses) of high quality.

The Journal of the World Federation of Associations of Teacher Education aims to enhance theory, research, and practice through the publication of primary research and review papers. The Journal does not publish unsolicited Book Reviews.
